†Orders must be placed before 2.30 pm the day before. Any orders including canapes must be placed 48 hours before delivery.
Orders placed after 2.30 pm the day before MAY incur an additional premium charge.
This also includes orders placed after 2.30 pm on a Friday.
Please
give 24 hours written notice for cancellations, or the full price may be
charged. (Canapes cancellations require 48 hours notice).
Orders placed after our office is closed cannot be guaranteed for the following day.
Please note that any orders placed after 2.30 pm the day before delivery, may be subject to change. A Chef's choice menu may need to replace your particular menu choice and delivery times may need to be altered to suit the delivery schedule. On rare occasions, we may not be able to fulfil your order. This also includes orders placed after 2.30 pm on a Friday. Please call for further details.
Please contact our office in the morning (from 8.45 am) and we will advise order availability and delivery time.
Please note that we cannot guarantee weekend deliveries.
Any orders that fall out of our catchment area, will incur additional delivery charges. There is a minimum order of 20 covers.
Our
normal office hours are 8.45 am - 5.00 pm.
However, in an emergency our kitchen

Delivery
Delivery charge to MK is
£10 which includes collection the following working day. There may be an additional Delivery
charges after 5.00 pm and weekends. Please ring for details.
Items must be ready for our drivers to collect, there is a charge
for missing items and we have a £10 charge if our driver has
to return to collect items at a later date.
Milton Keynes covers areas MK. For delivery charges outside
Milton Keynes please ask for prices.

Sunday / Bank Holiday charges
Weekend charge is a 50% premium for Sundays and
Bank holidays.
Staff charges (per hour)
Staff will be charged out at £14 per person (£16 on Sundays), per hour plus 1 hour travelling time. There is a minimum charge of four hours. All staff charges are subject to VAT.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% will required with all orders. For full details see our terms and conditions.
VAT
Invoices will be subject to value added tax at the standard rate.
Payment Terms
Our terms of business are strictly 7 days from the date
of invoice. We accept all major credit cards. Please note: Much Ado reserves the right to charge a 3% surcharge which may be added to all Credit Card payments.
Much Ado reserves the right to charge 3% above bank base
rate on overdue invoices.
Customer queries must be submitted in writing
within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please note that our products may contain nuts or nut traces.
