Terms
and Conditions
A
50% deposit is due upon booking the function.
The
remainder of the amount quoted is due ON THE DAY OF COMPLETION.
Any
work over and above the quoted items will be charged accordingly and will be
due within 7 days of the function.
All
prices are subject to VAT.
Confirmation
of numbers must be received in writing 5 working days before the function date.
Cancellation
of function must be confirmed in writing 5 days before the function date.
Waiting
staff are charged at £14 per hour per member of staff for a minimum of 4 hours. (£16 on Sundays)
A
delivery charge of £10 will be made on all functions.
All
items are subject to availability of produce.
A
surcharge of 50% will be charged for all functions on a Sunday.
† The Crockery, cutlery & glasses charge will be increased to £4 per person if returned dirty.
